: (1) The Government of Nepal shall establish a rehabilitation fund for the operation of the rehabilitation centers established under sub-section (2) of Section 29.
(2) The fund as per sub-section (1) shall contain the following amounts:-
(a) Amount received from Government of Nepal,
(A1) Amounts received from the State Government,
(b) Amounts received by way of assistance from any person or organization,
(c) Funds received from foreign persons, associations or institutions,
(d) Funds received from the local level,
(e) The amount to be received for the fine as per section 55,
(f) Amount received from any other source.
(3) The arrangements regarding the operation of the rehabilitation fund shall be as prescribed.
