(1) According to the Act and this regulation, the rescued victims and their minors will be kept in the center until their rehabilitation and family reunification.
(2) The Center shall conduct a family reunification of the persons referred to in sub-rule (1) after searching their homes and families. The Center will take necessary measures such as providing necessary counseling and facilitation to the victims and their family members while conducting such family reunification.
(3) According to sub-rule (1), the victims who are temporarily kept in the center shall not be kept in the center for more than six months. But if the rescued person is a minor, he will be transferred to an established center for children by making alternative arrangements.
