If the amount owed by the bank or financial institution has not been repaid from the property mortgaged by the debtor or the surety to the extent of the amount given as surety, and no other property of the debtor or surety has been found, any person shall give written information to the tribunal about any property of such person. The tribunal will award five percent of the amount obtained by auctioning the property found on the basis of the said person.
