(1) Subsection (6) of Section 9 of the Act and Section 14A. According to sub-section (3) of if someone gets an award, the Land Reforms Officer shall issue Rule 20A. After the work has been completed, the amount of such award should be sent in writing to the Department of Land Reforms and Management for disbursement.
(2) When sending in writing for disbursement according to sub-rule (1), rule 20A. Accordingly, the land registered in the name of the Government of Nepal and the prize of the person receiving the award and the amount to be given for the award should also be mentioned.
(3) For the purpose of sub-rule (1), while determining the value of such land, the minimum valuation prescribed for the purpose of registration shall be taken as the basis.
