Section 29
Awards
(1) In the case of gold, diamonds, jewels, ten percent or fifty lakh rupees, whichever is less, and in the case of other goods, an amount equal to twenty percent or twenty five lakh rupees, whichever is less, of the amount recovered after the final conclusion of the case related to the said offence. Form will be given. However, national servicemen and national servicemen's family members will not receive the award.
(2) If anything is written in sub-section (1), the director general or the officer specified in the procedure may immediately charge the suraki expenses up to ten thousand rupees based on the truth of the information to the suraki who gives the information of revenue leakage.
