(1) Antiquities other than privately owned antiquities shall remain under the protection of the Department of Archeology regardless of where they are obtained. Antiquities may be given by the Department of Archeology on the recommendation of the Chief District Officer for a certain period of time for conducting any traditional pilgrimage, festival or festival.
