Before the commencement of this regulation, in the case of the land which has been investigated and the land has been decided to be over-registered by the petitioner's committee, the land office shall register the land in the name of the applicant according to rule 19.
(2) Before the commencement of this regulation, if there is only an application for the claimant, the land office shall check the necessary measurements according to rule 18 and submit it to the committee for decision.
