In the event that it is not included in the budget allocation, but it is necessary to spend it due to some reason, the welfare planning directorate shall make an open supplementary budget and submit it to the committee and if the committee approves, such amount can be spent. In this way, the welfare planning directorate has to prepare a revised budget statement at the end of the financial year for the supplementary budget. Such supplementary budget should only be related to the cost of sending the peacekeeping team and medical treatment.
