Section 107
Special Arrangements Regarding Infrastructure Development Bank
(1) The National Bank may make separate special policy arrangements or give instructions based on the nature, size and investment of the infrastructure development bank in relation to the establishment, operation, regulation, supervision, action, merger, acquisition or termination of the infrastructure development bank. (2) This Notwithstanding anything written elsewhere in the Act, the maximum share taken by the founder or shareholder of the Infrastructure Development Bank or the limit for any foreign bank, financial institution or other organized institution to invest in the shares, debentures or other financial instruments of such bank shall be as determined by the National Bank from time to time.
