1 Nepal's hilly and Terai areas for a long period of time in both the hilly and Terai regions of Nepal, experienced in arranging the necessary equipment for hunting and travel expedition parties and having knowledge of the Act and the rules made under the Act, the head shall take the permit as per schedule (1) of the professional hunter. 2. The license according to sub-rule 1 shall be valid for one year from the date of issuance. The person who wants to get this kind of license must submit the ability to do related work and other proofs showing his financial level when applying. Additional conditions and restrictions to be followed may be prescribed and the person who has obtained such a license shall not hunt any wild animal in any other case except for self-defense or to prevent the wild animal injured by the holder of the hunting license from escaping.
