24A.As much as written in this Act shall be in accordance with this Act and in other respects according to prevailing laws.

24B. (1) If the committee is dissolved according to section 24, the pending cases will be transferred to the relevant district court and the pending cases will be transferred to the relevant high court. If there is an appeal to the appeal committee as mentioned above, such appeal can be made to the relevant high court within the time limit set by the same Act.

(3) The rights and obligations of the committee shall be transferred to the Government of Nepal and the documents and records shall be transferred to the agency or office designated by the Government of Nepal.
