The things written in this Act will be according to this and other things will be according to prevailing Nepal law. But what is written below should be done as follows.
(a) In the case of any ancient monument or archaeological object, regardless of the owner of the property, when the court of any court does it in accordance with other applicable laws of Nepal, such object must be sent to the chief district officer for sending it to the Department of Archeology of the Government of Nepal or the place designated by the said department, and the object will be given to the owner or auctioned. No action should be taken.

(b) In case of loss of goods mentioned in Clause (a), the Chief District Officer shall establish Panchakirti Moll and fill it according to the prevailing Nepalese law.
