Pragya Pratishthan to be a self-governing institution
: (1) Pragya Pratishthan shall be a self-governing institution with unbroken succession.
(2) Pragya Pratishthan shall have its own seal for all business operations.
(3) Pragya Pratishthan may acquire, use, sell or dispose of movable and immovable property as well as in any other manner.
(4) Pragya Pratishthan can file a complaint in its own name as an individual, and can also file a complaint against Pragya Pratishthan in the same name.
(5) Pragya Pratishthan can enter into contracts with individuals and use the rights and fulfill obligations according to the contracts.
(2) Pragya Pratishthan shall have its own seal for all business operations.
(3) Pragya Pratishthan may acquire, use, sell or dispose of movable and immovable property as well as in any other manner.
(4) Pragya Pratishthan can file a complaint in its own name as an individual, and can also file a complaint against Pragya Pratishthan in the same name.
(5) Pragya Pratishthan can enter into contracts with individuals and use the rights and fulfill obligations according to the contracts.
