Rule 8
Issuance of deadline for filing reply

(1) Within fifteen days from the date of registration of the complaint in the tribunal, a copy of the complaint must be attached to the relevant defendant's name, and the tribunal shall issue a deadline in the format as per Schedule-2.
(2) When the deadline issued according to sub-rule (1) is served, the defendant or any member of his single family must be served. If the defendant or any member of his single-family family is not found after reporting in this way, or if his house is not found, any member or representative of the concerned village development committee or municipality or any two local people shall be notified and thrown in the public place where the defendant's house is located. After the expiry of the deadline, regardless of what is written in the prevailing law, the deadline will be considered to have been duly met. However, if the defendant or his home dera is not found because the bank or financial institution has written the wrong address or the tribunal has mentioned the wrong address, then if the deadline is postponed in that way, it will not be considered that the deadline has been duly fulfilled.
(3) The employee who goes to meet the deadline as per sub-rule (2) should complete the deadline within two days, except for the time limit of the ticket.
(4) Notwithstanding anything contained in sub-rules (1) and (2), if any firm, company or organization is a defendant, when a deadline is issued to file a reply in the name of such defendant, if it is sent by registered post to the registered office of such firm, company or organization or telefax of such office , if sent by email or other electronic means of communication, such deadline shall be deemed to have been duly complied with.
(5) Notwithstanding anything written elsewhere in this rule, if there is a report that the time limit has not been issued in the name of a defendant, the information regarding the time limit issued in the name of the relevant defendant may be broadcast or published in radio, television or any national level newspaper. In the case of such broadcast or publication, in the name of such defendant, such deadline shall be deemed to have been duly complied with in accordance with this regulation.
