Section 251
Actions are not null and void just because there is no representative
(1) According to this paragraph, if any action is to be taken against a member or representative of the local level, or if it is necessary to get his/her signature, even if written notice is given to such member or representative to be present, if such member or representative is not present, such action can be taken.
(2) According to sub-section (1), the action taken by Arukura shall not be invalidated only on the basis that the member or representative of the local level is not present or he has not signed.
