The representative must not leave the agency:

(1) Notwithstanding anything else written in this paragraph, except as otherwise provided in the contract, a representative appointed for a fixed time or work shall not cease to act as a representative without a reasonable and sufficient reason until the specified time or work is completed.
(2) According to sub-section (1), if a certain time or work is not assigned, the representative should not stop working without giving prior notice to the main person including the reason for stopping work.
(3) If any representative ceases to act in such capacity contrary to subsection (1) or (2), the principal may claim reasonable compensation.
