Section 26
Negotiable deed without consideration
Negotiable deed written, accepted, executed or transferred against prevailing law does not create an obligation to pay between the parties to such act. If someone transfers such exchangeable rights to the holder with or without registration, the holder who receives such exchangeable rights can withdraw the amount of such exchangeable rights from the transferor or any other prior party.
