(1) The owner of the copyright can transfer all or some of the economic rights to others by signing a written agreement or give permission to use them with or without any condition.
(2) A person who has acquired moral rights may transfer the moral rights after his death by making a written agreement with the condition that his name will not be removed from the composition for the protection of the moral rights.
(3) According to this section, the person who takes the right from the owner of the copyright by transferring the right shall not be allowed to do any action other than the right taken by the transfer.
