(1) If any recommendation letter, production license, certificate or permit given in accordance with this regulation is lost or destroyed in any way, the concerned person who wants to get a certified copy of the same shall submit the lost or destroyed case to the stamp department of one rupee. Application will have to be given.
(2) Upon receipt of the application as per sub-rule (1), the department may issue a certified copy of such letter of recommendation, product license, certificate or permit to the applicant after receiving the fee specified in Schedule-14.
