(2) During the investigation according to sub-rule (1), if the authority deems it appropriate to give any order to the licensee in relation to the activities performed by the licensee or the telecommunication services provided by him, he shall give him a reasonable time to act accordingly and the related license to work in due time in accordance with the order so given.
