: (1) After conducting the inspection, investigation or search according to section 33 of the Act, the inspection officer shall submit a report to the department revealing the following matters within seven days:-
(a) cause of inspection, investigation or search,
(b) particulars relating to the goods or services inspected, examined or searched; (c) Items found during inspection, investigation or search, and if such items are seized or seized, the reason for such seizure or seizure and: Details related thereto,
(d) If a sample of the goods is taken, the date on which such sample is sent for testing,
(e) if immediate penalty is imposed, the reason for such penalty and the amount of penalty,
(f) After the inspection, investigation or search, the remaining work to be done in that regard, details of the action,
(G) Details of any matters that were to be completed but could not be completed during the inspection, investigation or search.
(2) From the report received according to sub-rule (1), if it appears that further investigation is required or any details or additional information is required, the Director General shall open a specific period to the relevant inspection officer to open and re-investigate the matter to be further investigated, including the matter for which information or details are requested. or may require such details to be submitted.
(3) In the report as per sub-rule (1), if there is a recommendation that necessary arrangements or action should be taken by another agency in any matter, a copy of the report shall be sent to the relevant agency for the implementation of such recommendation.
(4) According to sub-rule (3), if the report is sent to other agencies for implementation, the Director General shall take necessary information from the relevant agencies from time to time and publish the details received through the department's annual report or website.
(5) The Director General shall be responsible for the implementation of the report received in accordance with this rule.
