- (1) Regarding the fact that no one has been employed in their area in violation of this Act, the concerned rural municipality or municipality shall inspect and submit a report with their opinion to the committee at least once every six months.
(2) The welfare officer shall submit the report of the work done by the committee during the year to the Government of Nepal.
