(1) The department shall submit a report to the Government of Nepal within three months after the end of each financial year.
(2) In the report according to sub-section (1), the details of assets or instruments that have been withheld, seized and confiscated by the court during the year, the details of the assets or instruments that have been seized and collected in the fund, the details of the amount distributed in accordance with section 29 and Problems observed in connection with seizure, control or confiscation of assets or instruments and solutions should also be attached.
