(1) After conducting the inspection or investigation according to Rule 17, the inspector shall submit a detailed report related to the inspection or investigation to the authority within ten days.
(2) In addition to other things, the following things should be disclosed in the statement to be submitted as per sub-rule (1):-
(a) matters inspected or investigated in connection with the operations performed by the licensee or the telecommunications services provided by him, and added by the first amendment. £. fah (b) the subject of which telecommunication system has been examined, if any technical examination has been carried out in the course of inspection or investigation,
(c) A separate statement of whether or not the permit holder has complied with the conditions to be complied with under the Act or these regulations,
(d) If the permit holder does not comply with any condition, the reason why he did not comply,
(e) In the course of inspection or investigation, if the permit holder is ordered to do any work immediately, the subject of the order and the reason for the order.
