(1) After receiving the request according to Section 8, the Commission shall determine the number of posts to be filled through open or internal competitive examination and promotion according to the percentage mentioned in the applicable law related to the service for filling the posts of the first and second grade employees under the gazette.
(2) The Commission shall send a written notice to the Public Service Commission to conduct an examination for the selection of suitable candidates to be recommended for the posts allotted to fill the posts through open and internal competitive examinations as per sub-section (1).
