The foundation shall be a self-governing and organized body
: (1) The foundation shall be a self-governing and organized body with unbroken succession.
(2) The establishment shall have a separate seal for its operations.
(3) The establishment may acquire, enjoy, sell or arrange in any other way movable and immovable property like individuals.
(4) The establishment can file a complaint in its own name as well as a person and can also file a complaint in the same name against the establishment.
