(1) The Foundation shall be a self-governing body with uninterrupted succession.
(2) The establishment shall have its own seal for all business operations.
(3) The establishment may acquire, enjoy, sell or dispose of movable and immovable property as well as in any other manner.
(4) An institution can file a complaint in its own name as well as a person and can also file a complaint against the institution in the same name.
