(1) The establishment will have the required number of teachers and staff.
(2) The appointment of teachers and staff of the institution will be as prescribed by the recommendation of the Service Commission.
(3) The work, duties and rights, remuneration, facilities and other conditions of service of the teachers and employees of the establishment shall be as prescribed.
