: (1) The work, duties and rights of the establishment shall be as follows -
(a) Studying, teaching, training and researching various health-related subjects,
(b) To provide quality healthcare services,
(c) To enter into agreements with domestic and foreign universities, hospitals and educational institutions to conduct study, teaching, training and research programs on various health-related subjects,
(d) To produce skilled manpower necessary to provide quality health services,
(e) Establish coordination with domestic or foreign universities, hospitals or educational institutions to improve the level of various programs conducted by the institution,
(f) Establishing, expanding and strengthening relations with domestic and foreign universities, institutions and international organizations related to health and exchanging mutual support,
(G) To organize and hold seminars, conferences, seminars on various health-related topics (h) To publish various books related to health (i) To do other work as specified.
(2) The work, duties and rights of the foundation shall be exercised and followed through the organization of the foundation.
