(1) The Foundation shall have a separate fund.
(2) The fund as per sub-section (1) shall have the following amounts:
(a) Amount received from Government of Nepal,
(b) Amounts received from educational fees and service charges,
(c) Amounts received in the form of grants or loans from domestic or foreign individuals, associations, organizations or foreign governments,
(d) Amount received from other sources.
(3) According to clause (c) of sub-section (2), the establishment shall obtain the approval of the Government of Nepal before receiving any amount from a foreign person, association, organization or government.
(4) The funds of the foundation shall be deposited in a bank or financial institution by opening an account.
(5) All the expenses of the establishment shall be met from the fund as per sub-section (1).
(6) The operation of funds and accounts of the foundation shall be as prescribed.
