(1) When an establishment is privatized, the Privatization Committee may carry out the work related to the evaluation of that establishment by a team of local experts or, if necessary, a joint team of local and foreign experts.
(2) According to sub-section (1), the team of experts shall do the evaluation of the establishment based on the assets of the establishment, the market value of the shares, the profit and loss of the establishment, the production, sales and profit losses that the establishment may make in the future.
