(1) Sub-section of Section 3 of the Act
According to (2), the official appointed by the working committee for the registration of the trade union at the establishment level shall submit the application to the registrar in the format as per schedule-1, attaching the registration fee of one hundred and fifty rupees.
(2) The following details must be clearly disclosed along with the application as per sub-rule (1):
(a) Name and address of the trade union at the establishment level.
(b) Establishment date of trade union (c) Three copies of the statute as per section 10 of the Act.
(d) Name, Surname and Address of Officers.
(e) The total number of workers who are members of the trade union of that establishment at the time of application for registration and their name, age, job description and length of service in the establishment.
(f) A copy of the decision taken by the working committee regarding the application to the registrar for registration.
(G) Letter from the working committee regarding the authorization and appointment of an official to submit an application to the registrar for the purpose of registration.
(h) A document acknowledging that the member workers who are members of the registered trade union have not accepted the membership of another trade union.

(f) A copy of the decision taken by the working committee regarding the application to the registrar for registration.
(G) Letter from the working committee regarding the authorization and appointment of an official to submit an application to the registrar for the purpose of registration.
(h) A document acknowledging that the member workers of the establishment level trade union to be registered have not accepted the membership of another establishment level trade union.
