6A.1 The State Government may establish a State Seed Sowing Committee to determine and implement the policy related to seed sowing in the province and to give necessary advice on seed sowing. 6A.2 The constitution, work, duties and powers of the committee established in accordance with sub-section 6A.1 shall be in accordance with the provincial law.
