Section 13A
State Disaster Management Council

(1) There will be a Provincial Disaster Management Council under the chairmanship of the Chief Minister in each province for the purpose of preparing policies and plans related to disaster management at the provincial level, providing policy guidance and giving instructions to the Provincial Disaster Management Committee as required.
(2) Members of the provincial disaster management council as per sub-section (1), meetings and decisions of the said council and other provisions related thereto shall be as prescribed in the rules made by the provincial government.
