Rule 2
Rights of the Commander-in-Chief

The Commander-in-Chief can give financial assistance in the form of donations or rewards in the following cases from the approved budget donation award amount.
(1) (a) If it is deemed necessary to provide financial assistance to any person who is serving or has retired from the Nepali Army or after the death of such person's family (wife or sons and daughters only) due to extremely poor condition, Rs. Rs. 500.- Donation up to five hundred.

(2) If there is a group competition in Adda, Gana, Gulm, Senamukh and Patistar as written below in the Nepali Army or if there is an individual remarkable work, one time Rs. 500.- Prize up to five hundred:-

(a) Line, laying cleaning and protection,
(b) Qawaz, physical exercise, exercise with guns and turn out,
(c) Sports,
(d) Obstacle and Field Craft,
(e) Individual or collective harassment,
(f) Bur settlement,
(g) If the number of patients is reduced during the year,
(h) If showing progress in educational level in the current year.
