(1) Rebuttal of charges against children: Anyone can file an application before the Children's Court to get such evidence understood. [2) If an application is received in accordance with sub-rule (1), the Juvenile Court may allow such evidence to be submitted. [3) If a social, psychosocial or psychological report is not attached when filing an indictment against a child, the Juvenile Court may order the person providing such service or the organization formed in accordance with the prevailing law to protect the rights of the child to prepare and submit such a report.
