Regardless of what is written in the prevailing law, if the arbitrator needs the assistance of the court to understand any evidence related to the dispute pending before the arbitrator, the arbitrator himself or at the request of the party may request such assistance before the district court. If such a request is made, the district court should assist in understanding the evidence according to the prevailing law.
