Rule 32
Issuing Certificates
(1) Upon examination of the application made in accordance with Rule 31, if it is deemed necessary to grant the certificate to the applicant, the certifying body shall complete the following process and issue the certificate in the format as per Schedule-6:-
(a) A new certificate shall be created,
(b) certificate to be accompanied by pair key,
(c) The public key should be provided.
(2) According to sub-rule (1), before issuing the certificate to the applicant, the applicant shall be given an opportunity to check whether the details mentioned therein are correct or not, and if the applicant confirms that the information is correct, the applicant shall be charged a fee of one hundred rupees and the certificate shall be issued to such applicant.< br> (3) The certificate issued in accordance with sub-rule (1) shall include the notice of one or more archives where the digital signature has been recorded and in case of cancellation or suspension of such certificate, the same shall be listed.
(4) The certificate issued in accordance with sub-rule (1) shall be published in the recorded archives.
(5) After issuing the certificate, if the certifying body finds any information that may affect the validity or credibility of such certificate, it shall immediately inform the customer who received the certificate.
(6) The validity period of the certificate issued in accordance with sub-rule (1) shall be as mentioned in the said certificate.
