(1) After the notification of personal incident is registered in accordance with section 19, the local registration officer shall issue a certificate of personal incident registration to the person as per sub-section (1) of section 18.
(2) When registering a personal event other than the death registration of a person residing in a district where the identity card is in force according to section 3, a certificate of such personal event registration shall be issued only after receiving the identity number in accordance with this Act.
(3) According to this section, other provisions related to the issuance of individual incident certificates shall be as prescribed.
