(1) In accordance with sub-rule (2) of rule 33, the certifying body shall conduct necessary investigation regarding whether the certificate is used contrary to public interest, considering the explanation submitted by the customer.
(2) If during the investigation according to sub-rule (1) it is not found to be as per sub-rule (1) of rule 33, the certifying body shall release the suspension of such certificate. However, in the case where the certificate is suspended as per the instructions of the controller according to clause (c) of sub-rule (1) of rule 33, the suspension of the certificate should be released only with the approval of the controller.
