(1) In relation to the suspended certificate according to Rule 33, if the reason for suspension is proven during the investigation according to Rule 34, the concerned customer will be given a period of three days to submit any reason and proof that the certificate should not be canceled.
(2) If the clarification submitted within the period as per sub-rule (1) is not satisfactory or if the clarification is not submitted, the certifying body shall cancel such certificate.
(3) According to sub-rule (1), clarifications may be requested in the name of the customer through an e-mail with a digital signature to the address provided by him.
