Proof of dishonor or refusal to give further security shall include the following particulars:- (a) Negotiable deed or copy thereof and all matters written or printed therein, (b) Name of party or opposition, ( c) The details of the notary public asking for approval or payment or additional security from such person, if the person has answered, the details thereof and if the person has not answered, the same details if not found even after searching, (d) if the negotiable instrument has been dishonoured, the place where it has been dishonored and Time and place and time of refusal to give additional security.
