Rule 23
Other duties, duties and rights of the certifying body
In addition to the duties, duties and rights mentioned in section 17 of the Act, the other duties, duties and rights of the certifying body shall be as follows:-
(a) prescribing the procedure for issuing certificates,
(b) prescribing the procedure to be followed in case of suspension or cancellation of certificate,
(c) Determining the procedures for the release of certificates in case of suspension,
(d) To carry out the necessary monitoring regarding whether the work is done according to the issued certificate or not.
