The duties, duties and powers of the Chief Executive Officer shall be as follows:-
(a) To prepare a draft of the policy and plan related to the reconstruction of the Authority and submit it to the Steering Committee for approval,
(B) Establishing coordination between various agencies regarding the work and actions of the authority (c) to implement the directives and decisions of the Council and the Board of Directors,
(d) Entering any person's real estate during reconstruction or settlement development, preventing anyone from entering such place or removing such obstruction if there is any obstruction,
(e) If the employee appointed to the authority does not fulfill his responsibilities, taking action up to removal,
(f) To carry out other works related to reconstruction as specified.
