Rule 20
Duties, Duties and Powers of the Administrator
: Duties, Duties and Powers of the Administrator shall be as follows:
(a) To use the work, duties and rights of the head of the child welfare home mentioned in the Act regarding the operation of the child welfare home while conducting the work of the child reform home, orphanage or mental health center.
(b) Assisting the management committee in formulating long-term policies and plans for child reform homes, orphanages or mental health centers.
(c) Prepare the annual program and budget of the child reform home, orphanage or mental health center in accordance with the approved policy and plan and submit it to the meeting of the management committee.
(d) To implement the decisions and instructions of the management committee.
(e) Conduct and supervise the day-to-day operations of child reform homes, orphanages or mental health centers.
(f) To monitor and evaluate the annual programs of child reform homes, orphanages or mental health centers and submit progress reports to the management committee meeting.
(g) Conducting financial transactions of child correctional homes, orphanages or mental health centers and ensuring that the accounts are properly maintained.
(h) To do other work delegated and directed by the management committee.
