In order to maintain good governance in the country, when performing administrative work in accordance with this Act or other prevailing laws, the officials who perform such work shall perform the work on the basis of the following in addition to the provisions of the Constitution and other prevailing laws: - (a) Greater interest of the nation and the people, < br> (b) Equity and Inclusion
(c) Rule of Law,
(d) Guarantee of Human Rights
(e) Transparency, objectivity, accountability and honesty,
(f) Economic discipline and corruption-free, agile and people-oriented administration (g) Neutrality and impartiality of administration mechanism,
(h) Public access to administrative mechanisms and decisions,
(i) Decentralization and devolution
(j) Public participation and maximum use of local resources.
