Management of administrative expenses

8. Management of administrative expenses (1) Up to five percent of the total amount of the program can be spent for administrative work. Such amount can be spent on the operation of the Member of Parliament's Liaison Office opened in the district headquarters, for example, and the representative of the Member of Parliament, the salary of the person appointed by the Member of Parliament to work in the Liaison Office of the Member of Parliament and assigned for monitoring work, and the house rent of the Liaison Office. .

(2) According to sub-rule (1), the person who has been appointed to work in the Liaison Office of the Member of Parliament shall pay the amount allocated for administrative work in three installments in total after accounting for the amount received in each installment.

(3) Within the scope of the allocated amount according to sub-rule (1), the details of the amount spent shall be sent to the office of the district development committee by the representative of the member of parliament or the person appointed to work in the liaison office of the member of parliament. After looking at the details received by the Secretary, such expenses shall be apportioned and divided according to the rules.

(5) To provide technical assistance to the program, the office of the District Development Committee shall deduct an amount up to three percent in the case of Himalayan districts and up to one point five percent in the case of other districts.

(6) The amount according to sub-rule (5) can be spent only on the supervision and monitoring of the construction work and the work related to the example.
