Training related policy
: The training related policy to be conducted by the institution will be as follows:-
(a) Incorporating training program as an integral part of personnel administration.
(b) Linking the training program with the development program of the Nepal government and the institute.
(c) To increase developmental knowledge and skills among employees of Nepal government and institutes and link training with career development.
