The functions, duties and rights of the broadcaster shall be as follows:-
(a) To carry out necessary investigation about the truth of the information, news, articles or programs received before him, and to transmit them at the appointed time,
(B) To edit and broadcast news in a politically impartial manner,
(c) Not to broadcast and not to broadcast such programs that harm public safety, moral and social dignity,
(c1) not to broadcast or cause to be broadcast content of a nature to assassinate or insult someone's character or to promote gender violence or discrimination,
(d) not to transmit or cause to be broadcast anything negligently or fraudulently,
(e) Even if it has to be broadcast on a controversial topic, it should be analyzed from all points of view as far as possible and broadcast without distorting the facts,
(f) Collection and transmission of false and misleading news should not be done (g) Perform other tasks as prescribed by the broadcasting organization.
