(1) If any broadcasting organization broadcasts any program contrary to this Act or the rules made under this Act, the Government of Nepal may cancel the license obtained by such broadcasting organization.
(2) Before canceling the license in accordance with sub-section (1), the Government of Nepal shall give such broadcasting organization a reasonable opportunity to submit its explanation.
